Prior to the initial consultation; The Individual will be asked to present a clinical intake form. Which tells the herbalist a bit about dietary, lifestyle, emotional and other factors that may influence wellness of the individual.

During the initial consultation; The herbalist and individual will discuss the form in greater detail, along with assessments made from pulse, tongue, and tissue evaluations. In order to inform and educate the individual on contributing factors. Together they decide on a personalized program to aid in the restoration of the body’s innate ability to heal and strengthen itself, through herbal, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations. This consultation is approximately 60 – 90 minutes.

Follow ups; if any are recommended, which is dependent on the state of imbalance. The herbalist and individual will discuss the restoration of that personalized program. Along with any adjustments or modifications that can be made coinciding with the progress achieved. This visit is approximately 30 – 45 minutes.

Some herbs are supplied as a convenience (fees not included), also to ensure that clients are receiving the specific, individualized herbal formula. Most herbal formulas used, are put together in a way to fit the exact profile for what the client requires. These herbs are resourced from product quality controlled, sustainable packaging, fair trade practices, they’re organic, and non-gmo verified. 

Herbal Restoration works with a sliding fee program determined by the individual’s situation. If applicable, please discuss with the herbal practitioner. A credit card # is required for scheduling appointments. The sustainability of the practice depends on its clients keeping their appointment times. The herbalist asks for a 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations, so that appointment time may be filled. All appointments that are rescheduled, canceled or no-shows without 24 hour notice will be charged the regular fee for that appointment.
